Chemiluminescence immunoassay method and detection substance signal amplification frequency screening method

Abstract

The invention discloses a chemiluminescence immunoassay method and a detection substance signal amplification frequency screening method. The chemiluminescence immunoassay method comprises the following steps: coupling a first affinity ligand which is specifically combined with a substance to be detected to a solid phase carrier; carrying out sealing treatment on the solid-phase carrier to form a first compound; coupling a second affinity ligand which is specifically combined with the substance to be detected to biotin or a derivative thereof to form a second compound; reacting a substance to be detected with the first compound and the second compound to form a third compound; adding a light-emitting marker into the third compound to enable the third compound to generate a light-emitting signal; judging whether the light-emitting signal meets the detection sensitivity requirement of the to-be-detected substance or not, and if not, circularly amplifying the light-emitting signal until the detection sensitivity requirement is met; and detecting the light-emitting signal meeting the detection sensitivity requirement to obtain the concentration of the to-be-detected substance. The method is high in sensitivity and wide in detection range; and the signal amplification times can be optimized according to the detection limit required by the object to be detected.
