The method comprises the following steps: acquiring identification influence information of signal lamp information corresponding to a traffic signal lamp, wherein the identification influence information comprises image acquisition quality influence information; based on the identification influence information, an identification influence evaluation result corresponding to the traffic signal lamp is determined, the identification influence evaluation result is a first result or a second result, the first result represents that the identification influence information influences the identification of the signal lamp information by the vehicle, and the second result represents that the identification influence information does not influence the identification of the signal lamp information by the vehicle; if the identification influence evaluation result is a first result, signal lamp information is sent to vehicles in a preset range around the traffic signal lamp; and if the identification influence evaluation result is a second result, not sending the signal lamp information. According to the embodiment of the invention, occupation of network transmission resources is reduced.
