OPC server data acquisition system and method integrating fault handling and dynamic configuration

Abstract

The application discloses an OPC server data acquisition system and method integrating fault processing and dynamic configuration, and the system comprises a connection management module for automatically detecting the connection state of the OPC server and automatically attempting to reconnect when the connection is disconnected or not connected; a group management module for automatically creating, updating and managing the OPC group according to the received group configuration information, dynamically adding and removing the OPC points in the group, and updating the configuration of the elements in the group; a failed point management module for monitoring the number of failed group points in the group and attempting to re-add the failed group points when reaching a preset threshold; meanwhile, the related information of the failed points is recorded and reported; a data acquisition and publishing module for periodically reading data from the OPC server and publishing the data to a specified position through a callback function; and a group point updating module for providing a thread to listen to the group point updating request and dynamically adjusting the configuration of the OPC group according to the request. The application can ensure the real-time performance, accuracy, continuity and flexibility of data acquisition.
