At the moment, the electrode materials and the electrode structures of the P electrode and the N electrode can be different, so that a metal material with a lower work function can be adopted as a base coat of the N electrode when the N electrode is prepared, the ohmic contact between the N electrode and the N-type semiconductor layer is ensured, and the voltage at the N electrode is reduced; when the P electrode is prepared, a material with high reflectivity can be used for preparing the P electrode, for example, a pure Al P electrode is prepared, so that the reflectivity of the P electrode to light is improved, and the luminous efficiency and the external quantum efficiency of the LED chip are further improved.
