Systems and methods for compensating flicker and facilitating long baseline RTK

Abstract

The system and method facilitates real-time dynamic (RTK) GNSS with a long baseline between the mobile station receiver (12) and the base station receiver (30), even in the presence of spatially fluctuating flickers or ionospheric disturbances. The residual atmospheric error may be estimated by a filter of the receiver (12 or 30) or a dual error model in an atmospheric modeling module to facilitate efficient repair or solution of carrier phase ambiguity.
