A rapid alignment device and method for a blade array grinding and polishing fixture

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of blade array grinding and polishing technology, and particularly to a rapid alignment device and method for a blade array grinding and polishing fixture. The rapid alignment device includes a square frame, the upper half of which is an upper frame and the lower half a lower frame. Multiple adjusting screws are screwed onto each side wall of both the upper and lower frames. The upper frame houses the flange plate of the clamping seat, and the inner ends of the adjusting screws on the upper frame abut against the side of the flange plate. The lower frame houses the adapter plate on a 3R positioning block, and the inner ends of the adjusting screws on the lower frame abut against the side of the adapter plate. During alignment, the position of the flange plate relative to the adapter plate in the X and Y axes is adjusted by coordinating the adjusting screws on the upper and lower frames; and the rotation angle of the flange plate relative to the Z axis is adjusted by coordinating the adjusting screws on the upper and lower frames.
