Dust removal device for cutting liquid crystal glass substrate

Abstract

The invention provides a liquid crystal glass substrate cutting dust removal device which comprises a base and a dust removal assembly, an air guide box is fixedly installed at the top of the base, an air storage chamber and an installation chamber are arranged in the air guide box, and a backflushing type air guide assembly is jointly assembled between the air storage chamber and the installation chamber; a driving assembly is assembled on the base on one side of the air guide box, the driving assembly is provided with a lifting end and a sliding end, a dust removal assembly is installed at the lifting end in a butt joint mode, a dust collection barrel is loaded at the sliding end, the dust removal assembly and the dust collection barrel are communicated in a butt joint mode, and a dust scraping assembly is fixedly installed on the lower portion in the dust removal assembly. The input end of the dust collector is in butt joint with a dust collection assembly. By means of the back flushing type air guide assembly, the dust collector can be assisted to suck impurities, the suction strength of the device is guaranteed, back flushing operation is carried out when dust is not sucked, back flushing is carried out on a filtering structure in the dust collection assembly in an air collection pressurization mode, and self-cleaning operation of the device is achieved.
