The method is high in pattern deposition efficiency and flexible in design, metal particles are directly reduced under laser irradiation, light beam scanning is completed through the two scanning reflectors, a polymerization reaction in traditional light curing is not needed, pattern forming is fast, the quality is high, a computer is used for controlling light beams, point-to-point scanning deposition forming is achieved, deposition of any pattern can be achieved, and the method is suitable for large-scale production. Pattern deposition is more flexible for masks with fixed patterns.
