A mining car distributed control method, system, device and storage medium

Abstract

This application proposes a distributed control method, system, device, and storage medium for mining trolleys. The method includes: dividing the mining trolley control system into a main controller and independent bus control modules; configuring fault diagnosis mechanisms for each bus control module according to the working characteristics of each functional component; calling the main controller to centrally manage and coordinate the control of each bus control module; calling each bus control module to control each functional component to perform corresponding work, and performing fault diagnosis and location on their respective functional components according to their fault diagnosis mechanisms to obtain detailed fault results for each functional component; and calling the main controller to transmit the detailed fault results of each functional component to a touch screen for display. This application simplifies the wiring harness from the driver's cab to the outside of the mining trolley, ensures the operation of the entire mining trolley control system, improves the maintainability and flexibility of the mining trolley control system, and realizes its universal design.
