Abstract

The invention provides an island water resource utilization method, system and device and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the rainfall capacity of a specified time period, determining the influence degree of rainfall on each water storage path according to the rainfall capacity, and obtaining a first weight factor of each water storage path; obtaining current capacity information of each water storage path, determining the residual capacity of each water storage path according to the current capacity information, and determining a second weight factor of each water storage path; obtaining state information of each water storage path, determining a path state of each water storage path according to the state information, and obtaining a third weight factor of each water storage path; calculating a comprehensive score of each water storage path according to the first weight factor, the second weight factor and the third weight factor; dynamically adjusting the conduction state of each water storage path according to the comprehensive score, and enabling the water storage path with the highest comprehensive score to preferentially complete the drainage operation of the rainfall, thereby improving the comprehensive utilization rate of fresh water resources, and relieving the problem of water shortage on islands.
