Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of semiconductor light emitting, and discloses an optical integrated device with multiple layers of sealed lenses, which comprises a bracket, a light-emitting chip and lenses. The light-emitting chip is arranged on the support. The optical lens at least comprises a first layer of optical lens and a second layer of optical lens. The first-layer optical lens is arranged on the support and tightly wraps the light-emitting chip. The second optical lens layer tightly wraps the first optical lens layer, and the refractive index of the first optical lens layer is different from that of the second optical lens layer. The multi-layer optical lens combination is adopted, the adjacent optical lenses are tightly connected, light is deflected on the interface of the connected optical lenses by means of different refractive indexes of the connected optical lenses, and therefore the preset optical effect is achieved. The device is simple and reasonable in structure; the preset emergent angle, brightness and uniformity are easy to realize; manufacturing is easy, and production cost is low; and integration is easy, personalized design is easy, and application scene requirements can be met.
