FPSO ship transverse automatic welding equipment and using method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses FPSO ship transverse automatic welding equipment which comprises a mounting cross beam and a welding gun, a transverse moving part is arranged on the surface of the mounting cross beam, and the transverse moving part is used for adjusting the transverse position of the welding gun so that different positions of an FPSO ship can be welded conveniently. The transverse position of the welding gun is adjusted through the transverse moving component, so that the welding gun welds different transverse positions of the FPSO ship, meanwhile, the rotating motor drives the vertical screw rod to rotate, the screw sleeve drives the welding gun to move up and down through the angle adjusting component, the welding gun welds different vertical positions of the FPSO ship, and therefore when the FPSO ship is welded, the welding gun can move up and down through the angle adjusting component. The transverse welding device does not need to be taken down from the FPSO ship, the joint of the transverse position and the vertical position of the FPSO ship can be automatically welded, and the situation that the welding period of the FPSO ship is prolonged due to the fact that too much time is wasted when the transverse welding device is taken down and fixed is avoided.
