A self-testing and maintenance system and method for aeration devices

Abstract

This specification provides a self-testing and maintenance system and method for an aeration device. The system includes an aeration treatment module, a gas detection module, an aeration control module, a blower, a monitoring device, an aeration pipeline, a connecting pipeline, a backup aeration device, and a backup aeration pipeline. The method includes acquiring first monitoring data; determining a preset test area based on the stability of the first monitoring data; controlling at least one electrically operated barrier valve to close based on the preset test area; and acquiring second monitoring data; determining the estimated clogging probability of the aeration treatment module based on the second monitoring data; and controlling the backup aeration device to perform cleaning and maintenance on the aeration treatment module based on the estimated clogging probability. This system and method can improve the maintenance efficiency of the aeration device.
