Anti-human-phosphorylated-tau181 rabbit monoclonal antibody, anti-human-phosphorylated-tau217 rabbit monoclonal antibody, preparation method and combined detection application

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of immunoassay technology, and more particularly to a rabbit monoclonal antibody against human phosphorylated Tau181 and a rabbit monoclonal antibody against human phosphorylated Tau217, their preparation methods, and combined detection applications. It provides two rabbit monoclonal antibodies against human phosphorylated Tau, and offers methods for their preparation, application, and combined application. The antibodies exhibit excellent accuracy and sensitivity in detecting phosphorylated Tau markers and can be applied in sandwich ELISA, indirect ELISA, immunochromatography, chemiluminescence, or flow cytometry, facilitating the early detection and screening of Alzheimer's disease patients. This application provides antibody pairs for immunoassay and combined immunoassay, demonstrating high accuracy, high sensitivity, and low background in detection. The G122(p-Tau217)-G69(p-Tau181) antibody pair can detect both Tau181 and Tau217 simultaneously, which is faster, more convenient, and ensures higher accuracy than conventional two-step detection methods.
