Abstract

The invention provides a magnesium smelting vacuum tank cover vehicle and a using method thereof.The magnesium smelting vacuum tank cover vehicle comprises a vehicle frame, a cover body lifting mechanism, a powder spraying gun clamping mechanism and a walking mechanism, the vehicle frame comprises a lower-layer frame and two layers of U-shaped frames, ladders are arranged between the lower-layer frame and the adjacent U-shaped frames and between the adjacent U-shaped frames, and the lower-layer frame and the U-shaped frames are connected through the ladders. In the two layers, the U-shaped frame on the upper layer is aligned with an external platform of the powder spraying gun on the cover body; the cover body lifting mechanism is arranged in the middle of the lower-layer frame; the powder spraying gun clamping mechanism comprises two second hydraulic rods which are arranged on the U-shaped frame and stretch out oppositely, and arc-shaped clamping plates are arranged at the ends of the second hydraulic rods. Walking wheels of the walking mechanism are driven by a rotating motor to rotate and walk on the track. The multi-layer frame structure is adopted, the cover body can be stably lifted, the cover body and the powder spraying gun can be stably moved, and stable moving and maintaining of the vacuum tank cover for magnesium smelting are achieved.
