The invention discloses a heat cyclic utilization system for preparing indium oxide by a wet method, and relates to the technical field of target material preparation, the heat cyclic utilization system comprises a hot water system and a steam system, the hot water system and the steam system are both arranged in association with an indium dissolving kettle, an indium nitrate head tank, an ammonia water head tank, a neutralization reaction kettle and a kiln; a hot water system and a steam system are used in cooperation, a kiln and a circulating water pipe are arranged in a spiral and staggered mode, waste heat of a steam pipe is used for conducting heat compensation on the circulating water pipe, energy efficiency is improved, the section, returning to a heating water tank, of the circulating water pipe penetrates through the steam water tank, and returned water is preheated through high-temperature gas; the heating time in the heating water tank is shortened, the hot water conveying efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the heat utilization rate of high-temperature gas is further increased.
