Abstract

The invention provides a constant-temperature permeation cavity system and a standard gas preparation device, and the constant-temperature permeation cavity system comprises a shell which is provided with a closed permeation cavity; the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe are respectively arranged in the permeation cavity in a penetrating manner; the permeation pipe is arranged in the permeation cavity in a penetrating manner; the heating rod is arranged in the shell; the first temperature sensor is arranged in the shell and used for detecting the temperature of the shell, and the second temperature sensor is arranged in the permeation cavity in a penetrating mode and used for detecting the temperature in the permeation cavity. According to the constant-temperature permeation cavity system, the permeation cavity is heated through the heating rod, the permeation cavity is kept at a constant temperature, a constant-temperature environment is provided for reactants in the permeation pipe, and the diffusion rate of the reactants is constant.
