The present invention relates to the technical field of storage systems, and discloses a user rights management method, device, computer equipment and storage medium, the method comprising: obtaining a first preset number of user groups, the user group including a user role and a rights list; obtaining a second preset number of tenants, the tenants are used to manage corresponding resources in the storage system; obtaining the user's identification information, the identification information is used to uniquely characterize the user; determining the target user group corresponding to the user in the first preset number of user groups and the target tenant corresponding to the user in the second preset number of tenants, and determining the user's preset rights according to the user role of the target user group, and determining the user's adjustable rights according to the rights list of the target user group, wherein the user's preset rights and the user's adjustable rights are used to access the resources managed by the target tenant. The method solves the problem of requiring a large number of roles for user rights management, complicated rights management, and easy allocation of wrong rights to users.
