Abstract

The invention provides a wheel set turning repair strategy evaluation method and device, electronic equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining turning repair parameters of a to-be-turned wheel; selecting a rim thinning treatment model or a rim thickening treatment model; based on the rim thinning processing model or the rim thickening processing model, the template rim thickness, the rim thickness recovery amount and the rim abrasion tread turning repair correction amount are determined; determining the turning repair amount of the to-be-turned-repaired wheel based on the profile curve of the to-be-turned-repaired wheel and the standard profile curve, and predicting the comprehensive abrasion loss under each rim thickness based on the turning repair amount of the to-be-turned-repaired wheel and the constructed rim thickness and abrasion rate model; determining the rim thickness of the target template based on the comprehensive abrasion loss under each rim thickness, and obtaining a target wheel diameter value of the profile curve after the rim thickness of the target template is subjected to turning repair; and predicting the target wheel diameter values of other wheels in the whole carriage based on the target wheel diameter value of the wheel to be subjected to turning repair and a preset wheel diameter difference compensation model, thereby guiding the vehicle to be subjected to turning repair.
