Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of data processing, and discloses a data processing method and system based on EXCEL logic, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the point cloud data of M angles of a target mold, distributing M EXCEL tables, and enabling one cell of each EXCEL table to correspond to one point cloud data of one angle; analyzing the M EXCEL tables based on a preset mold quality model to obtain problem cells; and based on a preset EXCEL command, carrying out visual marking on the problem cells. According to the method, the complicated mold quality detection data is converted into visual problem visualization based on the EXCEL table, so that the complexity of dependence on third-party professional software and manual analysis in a traditional detection process is simplified, and the efficiency and intuition of information transmission are remarkably improved; and analysis and management of mold quality problems are more efficient and easy to operate.
