Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of bacon sausage processing, and particularly relates to a bacon sausage hanging and airing device and a use method thereof, wherein the bacon sausage hanging and airing device comprises a base, a table body fixedly connected to the base, a stand column fixedly connected to the table body, a cross beam fixedly connected to the stand column, a driving assembly installed on the base and a mounting assembly installed on the cross beam, the driving assembly comprises a driving output assembly and a driven output assembly, the driving output assembly is used for driving the driven output assembly to rotate, the driven output assembly is used for outputting power to the mounting assembly, and the mounting assembly is used for hanging and rotating the bacon sausage; through cooperation of the driving assembly and the mounting assembly, each bacon and sausage for hanging and airing is controlled to rotate, sunlight is uniformly irradiated on different positions of the bacon sausage, airing is more uniform, and dehydration degrees of each part of the bacon sausage are consistent.
