Abstract

This invention relates to the field of fishmeal processing equipment technology and discloses a cooking machine, including a shell and a main shaft. The main shaft is driven to rotate within the shell, and a cooking channel is formed between the inner wall of the shell and the main shaft. The main shaft is hollow inside, and hot steam is input from one end of the main shaft. A liquid collection mechanism is installed at the end of the main shaft from which the hot steam outputs. The liquid collection mechanism rotates synchronously with the main shaft and discharges the condensate inside during the rotation. In use, the liquid collection mechanism of this invention rotates synchronously with the main shaft and transports the condensate generated inside the main shaft due to the cooling of the hot steam to the outside during the rotation, thereby reducing noise generation.
