Automatically assembled magnet wire body and method of controlling the same

Abstract

The application discloses an automatic assembly magnet line body and a control method thereof, which comprises a carrier circulation mechanism, a steel sheet feeding mechanism, a dispensing mechanism, a magnet assembling mechanism, a hot pressing mechanism and a discharging mechanism. The carrier circulation mechanism comprises a carrier conveying line and a carrier return line, and the steel sheet feeding mechanism comprises a steel sheet feeding vibration disc and a steel sheet feeding manipulator. The dispensing mechanism is installed in the direction of the lower station of the steel sheet feeding mechanism, and comprises a dispensing manipulator, a dispensing module, a glue path detection module and a glue wiping module. The magnet assembling mechanism is installed in the direction of the lower station of the dispensing mechanism, and comprises a magnet feeding vibration disc and a magnet feeding manipulator. The hot pressing mechanism comprises a hot pressing jig, a jig placing rack and a hot pressing manipulator. The discharging mechanism comprises a discharging manipulator and a receiving box. The steel sheet feeding, dispensing, detection, magnet assembling, hot pressing solidification and product discharging can be integrated and automated, the production efficiency and assembling precision are improved, and the production cost is reduced.
