The method comprises: in response to a product recommendation instruction, for each product type, obtaining product purchase data of a first preset number of reference users corresponding to the product type within a first preset time period, the product purchase data representing purchase information of different reference users on a second preset number of reference products; array conversion processing is carried out on the product purchase data to obtain an initial integer array, the initial integer array comprises a plurality of array parameters, and the array parameters represent purchase information of a reference user on a reference product; obtaining user purchase label information of the target user in a second preset time period; and based on a preset similarity recommendation rule, according to the plurality of initial integer arrays and the user purchase tag information, determining at least one recommended product recommended to the target user from the plurality of reference products.
