Abstract

The invention discloses a waterproof insulation type heating pipe, and aims to overcome the defect that an existing one-time injection molding type heater is prone to water leakage to cause short circuit. The heating device comprises a heating tube and a power line which are electrically connected, a connecting flange is arranged at the connecting position of the heating tube and the power line, connecting threads are arranged on the outer wall of the connecting flange, and the heating tube penetrates through the connecting flange to be connected with the power line. A first injection molding part used for positioning the heating pipe and a second injection molding part used for positioning the power line are embedded in the connecting flange, an inserting structure is arranged between the first injection molding part and the second injection molding part, the inserting structure is connected with the first injection molding part and the second injection molding part, the sealing effect is improved, and the waterproof effect is improved.
