Abstract

A modified carbonaceous coal gangue comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5-3 parts water glass, 5-8 parts modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 20-30 parts carbonaceous coal gangue, and 2-4 parts sulfate solution. The modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion is obtained by copolymerization modification of methyl methacrylate and vinyl acetate emulsion. The preparation method is as follows: the carbonaceous coal gangue is pretreated by crushing, sieving, and washing. While stirring, water glass and sulfate solution are added sequentially. After stirring for 5-10 minutes, the modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion is slowly added. After stirring and mixing evenly, the mixture is dried to obtain the modified carbonaceous coal gangue. This application solves the problem of poor strength in coal gangue concrete, and the resulting coal gangue concrete has high compressive and flexural strength, effectively improving the performance limitations of traditional coal gangue concrete.
