The embodiment of the invention provides an engine cylinder deactivation control method and device, a storage medium and electronic device.The method comprises the steps that according to a preset communication hard wire between an engine management system and a motor controller, a communication mode corresponding to the communication hard wire is recognized, and according to the recognized communication mode, the engine cylinder deactivation control device is started; selecting a target signal acquisition end from preset signal acquisition ends; synchronizing an engine corner position signal acquired by the engine management system through the target signal acquisition end with a motor corner position signal acquired by the motor controller; and according to the synchronization result of the engine rotation angle position signal and the motor rotation angle position signal and a preset target position signal, the motor rotation angle position is controlled. According to the technical scheme, the probability of abnormal data transmission of signal interaction between the engine management system and the motor controller in the engine cylinder deactivation control process can be reduced.
