Water flow control method and system for galvanizing defoaming machine based on liquid level monitoring

Abstract

The present application relates to the field of liquid level monitoring technology, and specifically to a method and system for controlling the water flow of a galvanizing defoamer based on liquid level monitoring. The method includes: obtaining the foam liquid level height at each position of the cleaning section of the galvanized steel strip to be galvanized, determining the degree of abnormal foam aggregation at each position in the cleaning section at each time, constructing the foam liquid level balance at each position of the cleaning section, and obtaining the defoaming characteristic factor in combination with the degree of abnormal foam aggregation, constructing the defoaming non-uniformity at each position of the cleaning section, obtaining the defoaming rate consistency at each position of the cleaning section based on the degree of difference in the foam liquid level change rate at each position of the cleaning section, and then obtaining the defoaming adjustment factor of the cleaning section within the time interval, combining the defoaming adjustment factor of the current time interval, the water flow of the galvanizing defoamer and the foam liquid level height at each position to obtain the water flow of the next time interval, and adjusting the water flow of the galvanizing defoamer. The present application can improve the accuracy of the water flow control of the galvanizing defoamer.
