Monitoring of aircraft propulsion systems

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for monitoring a propulsion system (102) of an aircraft (100), the method comprising:-calculating, for each impairment counter (FC, EF), a maximum incremental rate (dCFCmax, dCEFmax) of the counter (FC, EF) such that the counter (FC, EF) remains below a predefined threshold (CFCmax, CEFmax) during a target service life (DDVcible); -calculating at least one unexceeded limit (PEinf, PEsup) of an operating variable of the turboshaft engine (TM) on the basis of one or more threshold values (NGmax FC, NGmax EF, T4xmaxEF) of at least one parameter (NG, T4x), such that a delta rate (dCFC, dCEF) of the counter (FC, EF) remains below the maximum delta rate (dCFCmax, dCEFmax); and transmitting the current value and the limit (PEinf, PEsup) of the operating variable to a display device (AF) of the aircraft (100).
