Quercetin porous starch microcapsule and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a quercetin porous starch microcapsule and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding porous starch into a quercetin solution, and fully dispersing to obtain a starch-quercetin suspension; then placing in a rotating flow field for adsorption loading, after adsorption is finished, centrifugally collecting precipitate, and freeze-drying and grinding the obtained precipitate to obtain porous starch loaded with quercetin for the first time; (2) adding the porous starch loaded with quercetin for the first time into a hot quercetin saturated solution, fully dispersing, putting a reaction system into a rotating flow field, cooling the reaction system, performing evaporative crystallization, and crystallizing the quercetin in the quercetin saturated solution on the inner wall of a pore channel of the porous starch by taking the quercetin loaded for the first time as a crystal nucleus; and centrifuging the crystallized reaction system, collecting the precipitate, and freeze-drying and grinding the obtained precipitate to obtain the quercetin porous starch microcapsule. The preparation method provided by the invention has higher active substance drug loading capacity, and meanwhile, the stability of quercetin in different environments such as light and heat is improved.
