The facial skin care composition is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.2 to 5.0 percent of hylocereus undatus fruit extract, 0.1 to 2.0 percent of sodium polystyrenesulfonate, 1.0 to 10.0 percent of humectant, 2.0 to 10.0 percent of skin moistening grease, 1.0 to 5.0 percent of emulsifier, 0.1 to 5.0 percent of thickener, 0.02 to 1.0 percent of pH regulator and the balance of deionized water. The facial skin care composition not only can effectively solve the problem of dry skin, but also can regulate water-oil balance of the skin and inhibit excessive secretion of grease, and has the effects of minimizing pores, tightening the skin, repairing skin barriers and reducing red regions of the skin.
