Abstract

The invention discloses a device for synchronously collecting residual materials during production in an atomization method powder smelting chamber. The device comprises an upper cabin, a material collecting baffle, a stroke control device, a driving device, a lower cabin, a hopper and a cabin door. The lower cabin is of a box type structure with a cabin door, a feeding port of the lower cabin is connected with a discharging port in the bottom of the upper cabin through a flange, and a hopper is arranged in the lower cabin. The upper cabin forms an extension section from the edge of a bottom discharge port to the outside of the lower cabin, the extension section is provided with a lateral opening, and the lateral opening can be connected with a powder smelting chamber through a flange; a driving device and a stroke control device are arranged on the two sides of the extending section of the upper cabin respectively, a rotating shaft II and a rotating shaft I extending into the extending section of the upper cabin are coaxially connected through a connecting shaft, a material guide plate extending out of the lateral opening of the upper cabin is arranged on the connecting shaft, and a material collecting baffle is arranged at the end of the material guide plate.
