Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-deformation clamping tool and a workpiece machining method. The defect that a workpiece is not prone to deformation in the finish machining process of an ultrathin product is overcome. The tool comprises a positioning chassis, a sinking groove matched with a workpiece is formed in the end face of the positioning chassis, a plurality of auxiliary holes communicated with the sinking groove are formed in the positioning chassis, one end of the workpiece is loaded in the sinking groove, and a double-faced adhesive tape is connected between the end face of the workpiece and the sinking groove. According to the anti-deformation clamping tool, finish machining operation of ultrathin products is facilitated, workpieces are not prone to deformation in the machining process, and the machining quality is guaranteed.
