Anti-wrinkling BOPP matt film and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of films, in particular to an anti-wrinkling BOPP matt film and a preparation method thereof.The matt film comprises an upper surface layer, a core layer and a lower surface layer which are sequentially arranged, and the upper surface layer comprises 44-45 wt% of high-density polyethylene, 42-47 wt% of polypropylene random copolymer and 3-8 wt% of ethylene-acrylic acid-polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether grafted copolymer; the core layer is prepared from 94 to 96 weight percent of homo-polypropylene and 4 to 6 weight percent of polyethylene glycol-polypropylene block grafted nano silicon dioxide copolymer; and the lower surface layer comprises homo-polypropylene. The ethylene-acrylic acid-methoxypolyethylene glycol grafted copolymer is added to the upper surface layer, so that the dispersity and uniformity of high-density polyethylene in the upper surface layer are improved, and the problem of wrinkling of the film caused by uneven stress distribution generated by static electricity is solved; the polyethylene glycol-polypropylene block grafted nano silicon dioxide copolymer is added into the core layer, so that the activation energy required by homopolymerized polypropylene crystallization in the core layer is reduced, the density and integrity of polypropylene crystallization are improved, the stiffness of the film is enhanced, and the problem of wrinkling of the film is synergistically improved.
