Self-lubricating wear-resistant multi-layer composite coating and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a self-lubricating wear-resistant multi-layer composite coating and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of alloy material surface treatment. The self-lubricating wear-resistant multi-layer composite coating comprises a priming layer, a plurality of first composite connecting layers, a main functional layer, a plurality of second composite connecting layers and a lubricating isolation layer which are sequentially arranged on one side of a substrate in a stacked mode. Any first composite connection layer comprises a first sub-layer and a second sub-layer; the first sub-layer and the main functional layer are made of the same material, and the second sub-layer is made of nitride; any second composite connecting layer comprises a third sub-layer and a fourth sub-layer which are stacked on the side, away from the first composite connecting layer, of the main functional layer; the third sub-layer is made of sulfide; the fourth sub-layer and the main functional layer are made of the same material; the lubricating isolation layer is used for protecting the main functional layer and improving the lubricating property of the self-lubricating wear-resistant multi-layer composite coating. The coating has the effects of high toughness, high lubrication, high wear resistance and good bonding performance.
