Wood shrinkage measurement method, medium and equipment

Abstract

The present invention discloses a wood shrinkage measurement method, medium, and equipment, relating to the field of wood drying. The method comprises obtaining a wood to be tested, obtaining a wood specimen and a wood cross-sectional slice, drying the wood specimen, and determining the relationship between its moisture content and tangential shrinkage and radial shrinkage; dividing the wood cross-sectional slice into a plurality of layers, dividing each layer into a plurality of sub-regions, and determining the grain angle of each sub-region in a certain layer of the wood cross-sectional slice; determining the free shrinkage of the corresponding layer based on the tangential shrinkage and radial shrinkage of the wood specimen, and the grain angle of each sub-region in a certain layer of the wood cross-sectional slice; and repeating the above steps to obtain the free shrinkage of each layer of the wood to be tested. The present invention obtains the free shrinkage of each layer of the wood by obtaining the relationship between the tangential shrinkage and radial shrinkage of the wood to be tested and the moisture content, as well as the grain angle, thereby quickly and accurately obtaining the free shrinkage of each layer of the wood.
