The method comprises the following steps: in response to service alarm information sent by monitoring alarm equipment, generating an event record list corresponding to the service alarm information based on an interconnection and intercommunication interface; based on the event processing page, responding to the action of the user on the assistant investigation function button; based on the interconnection and intercommunication interface, an assistant investigation service request is sent to the monitoring alarm device; receiving work log information sent by the monitoring alarm device; according to the work log information, service abnormity checking processing is carried out; responding to the user acting on the first feedback function button based on the event processing page; and based on the interconnection and intercommunication interface, service recovery information input by a user is sent to the monitoring alarm equipment. The method is used for achieving the effect of improving the processing efficiency and safety of the alarm information between the mechanisms.
