Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic material receiving and discharging, and particularly relates to a direct-drive type multifunctional automatic material receiving and discharging power mechanism which comprises a clamp mechanism used for clamping a material bar, the clamp mechanism comprises an outer shell, a top plate fixedly installed at one end of the outer shell, and three sets of movable parts movably installed on the top plate at equal angles. One end of a connector is connected with an output shaft of the first motor, the other end of the connector is connected with a transmission disc, the transmission disc is rotationally installed in the outer shell, a pin shaft is arranged on the lower end face of the movable part, three sets of sliding grooves are formed in the top plate at equal angles, and the movable part is slidably connected with the sliding grooves; the stroke of the L-shaped clamping plate is well controlled through rotation of the first motor, clamping of the L-shaped clamping plate to the material bar is accurately controlled, the force is controllable, the stroke is controllable, and the flexibility is higher.
