Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a liquid fertilizer by using proline fermentation waste liquid, and relates to the technical field of fertilizer preparation, and the method comprises the steps of pretreatment of proline fermentation liquid, enzymolysis treatment, microbial fermentation, magnetization treatment and addition of nutritional ingredients. The proline fermentation waste liquid treatment method has the advantages that the proline fermentation waste liquid is sequentially subjected to three-stage filtration and vacuum concentration operation, large-particle impurities, colloids, macromolecular substances and the like in the waste liquid can be effectively removed, nutritional ingredients in the waste liquid can be reserved to the maximum extent, the problem of resource waste caused by a traditional simple treatment method is avoided, and the proline fermentation waste liquid treatment method is suitable for industrial production. By carrying out magnetization treatment operation on the proline fermentation liquor, the activity and existence state of various metal ions and charged particles in the fermentation liquor can be effectively changed within the magnetic field intensity range, and the subsequent mobility and bioavailability of the metal ions and charged particles in plants are improved; and the organic matters in the waste liquid can be more efficiently utilized in subsequent links.
