Nucleic acid extraction mechanism and use method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a nucleic acid extraction mechanism and a use method thereof, one end of a reaction chamber is connected with a liquid inlet pipeline, the liquid inlet pipeline is provided with a plurality of first pumping and injecting mechanisms, the other end of the reaction chamber is respectively connected with a liquid discharge pipeline and a collection pipeline, and the end parts of the liquid discharge pipeline and the collection pipeline are respectively provided with a second pumping and injecting mechanism and a third pumping and injecting mechanism; a sample injection pipeline is connected to the middle of one side of the reaction chamber and connected with a fourth pumping and injecting mechanism and a fifth pumping and injecting mechanism, and a mixing mechanism is further arranged in the reaction chamber and comprises a mixing rod assembly, a first transmission assembly and a rotating device which is in transmission connection with the first transmission assembly and can rotate forwards and backwards. The mixing rod assembly comprises a shell, an electromagnetic disc, a driving mechanism and a second transmission assembly; therefore, the collision effect of the magnetic beads is effectively improved, the magnetic beads can be uniformly dispersed into the liquid, the nucleic acid adsorption efficiency of the magnetic beads is improved, and the possibility of reagent leakage and environment pollution in the nucleic acid extraction process is reduced due to closed operation.
