The spraying head is communicated with the water conveying pipe through a connecting pipe, the connecting pipe is rotationally connected to the water conveying pipe, a rotating assembly used for driving the connecting pipe to rotate towards the inner side of the surrounding plate is arranged in the storage groove, and a shielding plate used for shielding water mist is arranged on the surrounding plate. The spraying device has the effects of reducing the influence of spraying on passing of passers-by and improving the passing favor of the passers-by.
