The invention provides a staff dormitory recommendation method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the check-in personnel information of the check-in personnel in a dormitory matched with the basic intention dormitory information through determining the personal information of the to-be-selected personnel in the dormitory, the basic intention dormitory information, the recommendation sampling step length and the dormitory recommendation number, and obtaining the check-in personnel information of the check-in personnel in the dormitory; the method comprises the steps of obtaining check-in personnel information and personal information of dormitory to-be-selected personnel, determining a matched check-in personnel set matched with the dormitory to-be-selected personnel based on the check-in personnel information and the personal information of the dormitory to-be-selected personnel, then sorting the check-in personnel in the matched check-in personnel set and the dormitory to-be-selected personnel, and determining sampling check-in personnel based on a sorting sequence number of the dormitory to-be-selected personnel and a recommended sampling step length; therefore, the proportions of various room types are determined based on the sampled dormitory attribute information of the check-in personnel, and the recommended dormitory recommended to the dormitory candidate is selected from the current empty room resource based on the proportions of various room types and the dormitory recommendation number, so that the room selection efficiency and the dormitory allocation fairness are improved.
