Environment-friendly high-efficiency collector and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of coal washing materials, specifically disclosing an environmentally friendly, high-efficiency collector, its preparation method, and its application. The environmentally friendly, high-efficiency collector comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts base oil, 3-10 parts emulsifier, 1-5 parts inorganic accelerator, and 40-60 parts deionized water; wherein the emulsifier includes laurylamidopropyl betaine, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, sodium petroleum sulfonate, fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate, and potassium cocoate; and the inorganic accelerator includes sodium silicate and sodium sulfide. This invention solves the problems of unsatisfactory performance and high reagent consumption associated with commonly used coal washing collectors, which are detrimental to environmental protection, providing a new approach for coal washing.
