Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a wall covering structure, and more particularly to an antibacterial and flame-retardant wall covering structure. Background Technology

[0002] In existing technology, anti-fouling and antibacterial plastic wallcovering R uses a PVC film a (i.e., polyvinyl chloride film) as the main body. A mesh layer b is set on the PVC film a. An ink layer c is printed on the mesh layer b, and an antibacterial layer is coated on the ink layer c to complete the wallcovering production.

[0003] However, the PVC additives (such as plasticizers and stabilizers) added to PVC films will gradually be released from the film due to changes in temperature and humidity in the environment. This will not only harm the environment and human health, but may also cause the plastic fabric to become dirty, moldy, or even peel off. Summary of the Invention

[0023] The beneficial effects of the present invention are that the antibacterial and fire-resistant wall covering structure of the present invention mainly involves forming two layers of fire-resistant polyolefin substrate (i.e., a first polyolefin substrate and a second polyolefin substrate) on both sides of the fiber substrate to form a sandwich layer, and forming a fluoropolymer-containing antibacterial layer on one side of the sandwich layer, and further printing ink patterns to form an environmentally friendly antibacterial and fire-resistant wall covering structure.

[0024] The antibacterial and fire-resistant wallcovering structure of this invention can replace the use of PVC composite fiberglass cloth layers in existing technologies. This antibacterial and fire-resistant wallcovering structure not only possesses fire resistance and mechanical strength, but also eliminates the need for plasticizers and stabilizers in the two fire-resistant polyolefin substrates, thus solving the problem of plasticizer and stabilizer release due to environmental changes in existing technologies. In this invention, the fire-retardant additives in the two fire-resistant polyolefin substrates are mainly a combination of organic and inorganic flame retardants. Furthermore, the two fire-resistant polyolefin substrates sandwiched on the fiber substrate achieve excellent flame-retardant effects and superior mechanical strength, making the wallcovering structure suitable for outdoor use.

The accompanying drawings of this invention are for simple illustration only and are not depictions of actual dimensions. The following embodiments further describe the relevant technical content of this invention in detail, but the disclosed content is not intended to limit the scope of protection of this invention.

[0030] [Antibacterial and flame-retardant wall covering structure]

[0031] Please see Figure 2 As shown, this embodiment of the invention provides an antibacterial and fire-resistant wall covering structure 100. The wall covering structure 100 includes: a fiber substrate 1, a polyolefin material 2, an antibacterial film layer 3, and an ink layer 4.

[0032] The polyolefin material 2 further comprises: a first polyolefin substrate 21 and a second polyolefin substrate 22. The first polyolefin substrate 21 and the second polyolefin substrate 22 are respectively formed on two opposite side surfaces of the fiber substrate 1. That is, the fiber substrate 1 is sandwiched between the first polyolefin substrate 21 and the second polyolefin substrate 22.

[0033] In this embodiment, the first polyolefin substrate 21 and the second polyolefin substrate 22 are formed on two opposite side surfaces of the fiber substrate 1 by hot pressing to form a sandwich layer S.

[0034] Furthermore, the antibacterial layer 3 is formed on one surface of the sandwich laminate S. More specifically, the antibacterial layer 3 is formed on the surface of the second polyolefin substrate 22 away from the fiber substrate 1.

[0035] Furthermore, the ink layer 4 is formed on the surface of the antibacterial layer 3 away from the second polyolefin substrate 22 to present a visual pattern or color appearance. However, the formation location of the ink layer 4 is not limited to this.

[0036] like Figure 3As shown, in another embodiment of the wall covering structure 100' of the present invention, the ink layer 4 may also be formed between the sandwich layer S and the antibacterial layer 3, and the antibacterial layer 3 is translucent so that the visual pattern or color appearance of the ink layer 4 can be presented through the antibacterial layer 3.

[0037] It is worth mentioning that in the wall fabric structure 100 of this embodiment, the sandwich layer S composed of the fiber substrate 1, the first polyolefin substrate 21 and the second polyolefin substrate 22 has flame retardancy (e.g., the UL94 flame retardancy rating is VTM-0) and mechanical strength.

[0038] The wall covering structure 100 of this invention can replace traditional polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composite fiberglass wall coverings. Furthermore, the first polyolefin substrate 21 and the second polyolefin substrate 22 of this invention may not contain plasticizers and stabilizers, thereby solving the problem of plasticizers and stabilizers being released due to environmental changes in the prior art.

[0039] Accordingly, the wall covering structure 100 of this invention can reduce harm to the environment and human body, and can reduce the occurrence of stains, mold, or peeling of the fabric.

[0040] To achieve the above objectives, the following will describe possible implementations of the fiber substrate 1, polyolefin material 2, antibacterial layer 3, and ink layer 4 in sequence.

[0041] In some embodiments of the present invention, the fiber substrate 1 is selected from: glass fiber, polyester fiber, quartz fiber, carbon fiber, and Kevlar fiber. At least one of the material groups consisting of Fiber.

[0042] In a preferred embodiment, the fiber substrate 1 is made of glass fiber.

[0043] In some embodiments of the present invention, the fiber substrate 1 is a woven fabric, and the weave of the fiber substrate 1 is plain weave, twill weave, or satin weave.

[0044] In a preferred embodiment, the fiber substrate 1 has a plain weave.

[0045] In some embodiments of the present invention, the fiber substrate 1 is made of multiple fibers processed by false-twist texturing. Furthermore, the diameter of each fiber is between 1 micrometer and 20 micrometers, preferably between 4 micrometers and 13 micrometers, and particularly preferably between 7 micrometers and 11 micrometers.

[0046] Furthermore, the thickness of the fiber substrate 1 is between 10 micrometers and 250 micrometers, and preferably between 150 micrometers and 200 micrometers.

[0047] For example, the thickness of the fiber substrate 1 may be 171 micrometers, 172 micrometers, 173 micrometers, 174 micrometers, or 175 micrometers, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0048] In some embodiments of the present invention, the warp count of the fiber substrate 1 is 30 to 80, and preferably 30 to 40. Furthermore, the weft count of the fiber substrate 1 is 30 to 80, and preferably 30 to 40.

[0049] The warp density is the number of yarns arranged within one inch along the length of the fabric, and the weft density is the number of yarns arranged within one inch along the width of the fabric.

[0050] According to the above configuration, the fiber substrate 1 can provide the wall fabric structure 100 with a certain supporting strength, and can also have a certain flame resistance and improve the feel of the polyolefin substrate.

[0051] Furthermore, the first polyolefin substrate 21 is formed of a polyolefin composition. The polyolefin composition includes: a first polyolefin resin material, a second polyolefin resin material, and a flame-retardant additive material.

[0052] The first polyolefin resin material is polyethylene resin (PEresin), and the polyethylene resin is preferably linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE).

[0053] Regarding the content range, based on a total weight of 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin composition (or based on a total weight of 100 parts by weight of the first polyolefin substrate 21), the content of the first polyolefin resin material (i.e., polyethylene resin) is between 30 parts by weight and 60 parts by weight, and preferably between 35 parts by weight and 55 parts by weight.

[0054] It should be noted that the physical meaning of the unit "parts by weight" used in this article is equivalent to "weight percentage" or "weight percentage concentration, wt%", which will not be elaborated here.

[0055] The second polyolefin resin material is polypropylene resin (PP resin), and the second polyolefin resin material includes: propylene homopolymer and propylene block copolymer.

[0056] Furthermore, the propylene block copolymer has blocks of polyolefin elastomer (POE). The polyolefin elastomer (POE) may be at least one of ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR rubber), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM rubber), and polyisobutylene (PIB).

[0057] In a preferred embodiment, the polyolefin elastomer (POE) is ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPM) rubber (also known as ethylene-propylene elastomer). More specifically, the propylene block copolymer is a copolymer of polypropylene (PP) and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPM) rubber (e.g., copolymer of polypropylene blended with EPR), but the invention is not limited thereto.

[0058] Furthermore, the mass percentage of the polyolefin elastomer (such as EPR) block in the propylene block copolymer can be, for example, between 5% and 20%, and preferably between 10% and 15%, and in one specific embodiment it can be 12%.

[0059] The mass ratio between ethylene (PE) and propylene (PP) in the blocks of the polyolefin elastomer (such as EPR) can be, for example, 20% to 40%: 60% to 80%, and is preferably 25% to 35%: 65% to 75%, and for example, 30%: 70%.

[0060] Regarding the content range, based on a total weight of 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin composition, the content of the second polyolefin resin material (i.e., polypropylene resin) is between 30 parts by weight and 60 parts by weight, and preferably between 35 parts by weight and 55 parts by weight.

[0061] More specifically, in one embodiment, the second polyolefin resin material comprises a propylene homopolymer and a propylene block copolymer. Based on a total weight of 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin composition, the content of the propylene homopolymer is between 30 and 50 parts by weight, and preferably between 35 and 45 parts by weight.

[0062] In addition, the content of the propylene block copolymer is at least 5 parts by weight, preferably between 5 parts by weight and 25 parts by weight, and particularly preferably between 10 parts by weight and 20 parts by weight.

[0063] Furthermore, the flame-retardant additive material contains at least an organic flame retardant, and the organic flame retardant may be, for example, at least one of nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardants, phosphorus flame retardants, nitrogen flame retardants, bromine flame retardants and red phosphorus flame retardants, and is preferably a nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant.

[0064] In some embodiments of the present invention, the flame-retardant additive material may further comprise an inorganic flame retardant, and the inorganic flame retardant may be, for example, at least one of magnesium hydroxide, antimony trioxide and aluminum hydroxide, and preferably magnesium hydroxide.

[0065] Regarding the content range, based on a total weight of 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin composition, the content of the flame-retardant additive material is between 1 part by weight and 10 parts by weight, and preferably between 3 parts by weight and 8 parts by weight.

[0066] More specifically, in one embodiment, the flame-retardant additive material comprises both organic and inorganic flame retardants. Based on a total weight of 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin composition, the content of the organic flame retardant is between 1 and 5 parts by weight, and preferably between 2 and 4 parts by weight.

[0067] Furthermore, the content of the inorganic flame retardant is between 3 parts by weight and 8 parts by weight, and preferably between 3 parts by weight and 7 parts by weight. The flame-retardant additive material can help improve the effect of the wall covering structure 100, 100' in inhibiting or resisting the spread of flames.

[0068] In terms of thickness range, the thickness of the first polyolefin substrate 21 is between 100 micrometers and 350 micrometers, preferably between 200 micrometers and 300 micrometers, and particularly preferably between 240 micrometers and 260 micrometers.

[0069] It is worth mentioning that, in the embodiments of the present invention, the polyolefin composition forming the first polyolefin substrate 21 does not contain any plasticizer or stabilizer, and in particular, it does not contain plasticizers (such as DHEH, DHIN, DBP, DEHP, etc.) and stabilizers (such as PVC heat stabilizers) used for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin.

[0070] Accordingly, the problem of plasticizers and stabilizers being released from PVC composite fiberglass cloth wall coverings due to environmental changes can be effectively solved in the prior art.

[0071] Furthermore, similar to the first polyolefin substrate 21 described above, the second polyolefin substrate 22 is also formed of a polyolefin composition. The polyolefin composition includes: a first polyolefin resin material, a second polyolefin resin material, and a flame-retardant additive material.

[0072] The material characteristics and content ranges of the first polyolefin resin material, the second polyolefin resin material, and the flame-retardant additive material are similar to those of the first polyolefin substrate 21 described above, and will not be repeated here.

[0073] In other words, the first polyolefin substrate 21 and the second polyolefin substrate 22 are each formed of a polyolefin composition and each includes a first polyolefin resin material, a second polyolefin resin material and a flame-retardant additive material.

[0074] It should be noted that in the first polyolefin substrate 21 and the second polyolefin substrate 22, the specific material types and content ranges of the above materials may be the same or slightly different from each other, and the present invention does not impose any restrictions.

[0075] Alternatively, from another perspective, the wall covering structure 100 of this embodiment of the invention includes: two polyolefin substrates 21 and 22, which are respectively formed on both sides of the fiber substrate 1 by hot pressing, and each of the polyolefin substrates is formed by a polyolefin composition, and the polyolefin composition includes a first polyolefin resin material, a second polyolefin resin material and a flame retardant additive material.

[0076] In addition, regarding the thickness range, the thickness of the second polyolefin substrate 22 is between 100 micrometers and 350 micrometers, preferably between 200 micrometers and 300 micrometers, and particularly preferably between 240 micrometers and 260 micrometers.

[0077] Please continue reading. Figure 2 As shown, the antibacterial layer 3 is formed on one side surface of the sandwich laminate S. More specifically, the antibacterial layer 3 is formed on the side surface of the second polyolefin substrate 22 away from the fiber substrate 1.

[0078] The antimicrobial layer 3 comprises at least one fluoropolymer. Based on a total weight of 100 parts by weight of the antimicrobial layer 3, the content of the fluoropolymer is at least 70 parts by weight, and preferably between 70 and 90 parts by weight.

[0079] The fluoropolymer is selected from at least one of the group consisting of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and polyvinyl fluoride (PVF). Preferably, the fluoropolymer is polyvinyl fluoride (PVF).

[0080] In this embodiment, the antibacterial layer 3 is a single-layer structure and has a thickness between 5 and 50 micrometers, and preferably between 10 and 25 micrometers, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0081] Furthermore, in embodiments not illustrated in this invention, the antibacterial layer 3 further comprises an auxiliary layer and a fluorinated polymer layer. The polyolefin substrate (e.g., the first polyolefin substrate 21) is connected to the auxiliary layer or to the fluorinated polymer layer. The fluorinated polymer layer comprises the fluorinated polymer. Based on a total weight of 100 parts by weight for the antibacterial layer 3, the content of the fluorinated polymer is at least 70 parts by weight, and preferably between 70 and 90 parts by weight, but this invention is not limited thereto.

[0082] In addition, the material of the auxiliary layer may be, for example, at least one of poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) and polyurethane (PU).

[0083] Furthermore, the antibacterial layer 3 has a thickness of 5 to 50 micrometers, and preferably 10 to 25 micrometers. In terms of thickness ratio, the ratio between the auxiliary layer and the fluorinated polymer layer is between 1 and 5: 1 to 5, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0084] Please continue reading. Figure 2 As shown, the ink layer 4 is formed by printing on the surface of the antibacterial layer 3 away from the second polyolefin substrate 22 to present a visual pattern or color appearance. Alternatively, as... Figure 3As shown, the ink layer 4 can also be formed between the sandwich layer S and the antibacterial layer 3, and the antibacterial layer 3 is translucent so that the visual pattern or color appearance of the ink layer 4 can be presented through the antibacterial layer 3. The thickness of the ink layer 4 is between 0.5 micrometers and 3 micrometers.

[0085] In one embodiment of the present invention, the ink layer 4 is made of water-based resin ink to improve the film-forming properties of the ink layer 4 and to be more environmentally friendly; however, the present invention is not limited thereto. The material composition of the ink layer 4 is prior art and is not the focus of this invention, therefore it will not be described in detail here.

[0086] According to the above configuration, the antibacterial and fire-resistant wall covering structure 100 of the present invention mainly involves hot-pressing two layers of fire-resistant polyolefin substrate (i.e., a first polyolefin substrate 21 and a second polyolefin substrate 22) onto both sides of the fiber substrate 1 to form a sandwich layer S with fire resistance (UL-94VTM-0) and mechanical strength. A fluoropolymer-containing antibacterial layer 3 is formed on one side of the sandwich layer S, and ink patterns are further printed to form an environmentally friendly antibacterial and fire-resistant wall covering structure 100.

[0087] The antibacterial and fire-resistant wall covering structure 100 of this invention can replace the use of PVC composite fiberglass cloth layer material in the prior art. The antibacterial and fire-resistant wall covering structure 100 of this invention not only has certain fire resistance and mechanical strength, but also eliminates the need for plasticizers and stabilizers in the two layers of fire-resistant polyolefin substrates (i.e., the first polyolefin substrate 21 and the second polyolefin substrate 22), thereby solving the problem of plasticizer and stabilizer release due to environmental changes in the prior art.

[0088] In this embodiment of the invention, the flame-retardant additives in the two layers of flame-retardant polyolefin substrate are mainly organic flame retardants (such as nitrogen and phosphorus flame retardants) and inorganic flame retardants (such as magnesium hydroxide) used in combination. The two layers of flame-retardant polyolefin substrate are sandwiched on the fiber substrate 1 (such as glass fiber), which can achieve excellent flame retardant effect and have better mechanical strength, making the wall covering structure suitable for outdoor use.

[0089] [Experimental Data and Test Results]

[0090] The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Example 1.

[0091] Among them, Examples 1 to 3 are groups that can prove the technical effect of the present invention, and Comparative Example 1 is a group with poorer conditions and test results.

[0092] <Example 1>: A glass fiber (plain weave, 173 micrometers thick) is provided. A first polyolefin substrate and a second polyolefin substrate are hot-pressed onto both sides of the fiber substrate to form a sandwich laminate. The first polyolefin substrate comprises 42 parts by weight of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), 40 parts by weight of propylene homopolymer, 10 parts by weight of propylene block copolymer (containing 12% by weight of EPR blocks), 3 parts by weight of nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant, and 5 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide (inorganic flame retardant). Similarly, the second polyolefin substrate comprises 42 parts by weight of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), 40 parts by weight of propylene homopolymer, 10 parts by weight of propylene block copolymer (containing 12% by weight of EPR blocks), 3 parts by weight of nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant, and 5 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide (inorganic flame retardant). The thickness of both the first and second polyolefin substrates is 250 micrometers. Further, an antimicrobial layer is formed on one surface of the sandwich layer (i.e., the surface of the second polyolefin substrate away from the glass fiber). The antimicrobial layer comprises 70 parts by weight of polyvinyl fluoride (PVF). The antimicrobial layer is a single-layer structure with a thickness of 15 micrometers. A water-based resin ink (such as PU water-based resin ink) is applied to the antimicrobial layer and dried to form an ink layer with a thickness of approximately 1 micrometer, thereby completing the wallcovering structure of Example 1. In terms of test results, the wallcovering structure provided in Example 1 has better flame retardancy (such as a UL-94VTM-0 flame retardancy rating), feel, antimicrobial properties, and brushability.

[0093] In terms of flame retardancy rating assessment, VTM-0 indicates that the flame extinguishes within 10 seconds on a vertically placed sample, allowing non-combustible particles to drip off. VTM-1 indicates that the flame extinguishes within 30 seconds on a vertically placed sample, allowing non-combustible particles to drip off. VTM-2 indicates that the flame extinguishes within 30 seconds on a vertically placed sample, allowing combustible particles to drip off.

[0094] <Example 2>: A glass fiber (plain weave, 173 micrometers thick) is provided. A first polyolefin substrate and a second polyolefin substrate are hot-pressed onto both sides of the fiber substrate to form a sandwich laminate. The first polyolefin substrate comprises 42 parts by weight of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), 30 parts by weight of propylene homopolymer, 20 parts by weight of propylene block copolymer (containing 12% by weight of EPR blocks), 3 parts by weight of nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant, and 5 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide (inorganic flame retardant). Similarly, the second polyolefin substrate comprises 42 parts by weight of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), 30 parts by weight of propylene homopolymer, 20 parts by weight of propylene block copolymer (containing 12% by weight of EPR blocks), 3 parts by weight of nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant, and 5 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide (inorganic flame retardant). The thickness of both the first and second polyolefin substrates is 250 micrometers. Further, an antimicrobial layer is formed on one surface of the sandwich layer (i.e., the surface of the second polyolefin substrate away from the glass fiber). The antimicrobial layer contains 70 parts by weight of polyvinyl fluoride (PVF). The antimicrobial layer is a single-layer structure with a thickness of 15 micrometers. A water-based resin ink (such as PU water-based resin ink) is applied to the antimicrobial layer and dried to form an ink layer with a thickness of approximately 1 micrometer, thereby completing the wallcovering structure of Example 2. In terms of test results, the wallcovering structure provided in Example 2 has better flame retardancy (such as a UL-94VTM-0 flame retardancy rating), feel, antimicrobial properties, and brushability.

[0095] <Example 3>: A glass fiber (plain weave, 173 micrometers thick) is provided. A first polyolefin substrate and a second polyolefin substrate are hot-pressed onto both sides of the fiber substrate to form a sandwich laminate. The first polyolefin substrate comprises 47 parts by weight of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), 40 parts by weight of propylene homopolymer, 10 parts by weight of propylene block copolymer (containing 12% by weight of EPR blocks), and 3 parts by weight of nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant, but does not contain inorganic flame retardant. Similarly, the second polyolefin substrate comprises 47 parts by weight of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), 40 parts by weight of propylene homopolymer, 10 parts by weight of propylene block copolymer (containing 12% by weight of EPR blocks), and 3 parts by weight of nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant, but does not contain inorganic flame retardant. A water-based resin ink (such as PU water-based resin ink) is applied to the antimicrobial layer and dried to form an ink layer with a thickness of approximately 1 micrometer, thereby completing the wallcovering structure of Example 3. In terms of test results, the wallcovering structure provided in Example 3 has better flame retardancy (such as a UL-94VTM-1 flame retardancy rating), feel, antimicrobial properties, and brushability.

[0096] The main difference between Comparative Example 1 and Examples 1-3 above is that it does not use propylene block copolymers and organic flame retardants (such as nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardants). More specifically, Comparative Example 1 provides a glass fiber (plain weave, 173 micrometers thick). A first polyolefin substrate and a second polyolefin substrate are hot-pressed onto both sides of the fiber substrate to form a sandwich laminate. The first polyolefin substrate comprises 45 parts by weight of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), 50 parts by weight of propylene homopolymer, and 5 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide (inorganic flame retardant). The second polyolefin substrate comprises 45 parts by weight of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), 50 parts by weight of propylene homopolymer, and 5 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide (inorganic flame retardant).

[0097] The first polyolefin substrate has a thickness of 250 micrometers, and the second polyolefin substrate also has a thickness of 250 micrometers. Further, an antibacterial layer is formed on one surface of the sandwich layer (i.e., the surface of the second polyolefin substrate away from the glass fiber). The antibacterial layer comprises 70 parts by weight of polyvinyl fluoride (PVF). The antibacterial layer is a single-layer structure with a thickness of 15 micrometers. A water-based resin ink (such as PU water-based resin ink) is applied to the antibacterial layer and dried to form an ink layer with a thickness of approximately 1 micrometer, thereby completing the wall covering structure of Comparative Example 1.

[0098] Regarding the test results, the wall covering structure provided in Comparative Example 1 had poor flame retardancy (such as the UL-94VTM-2 flame retardancy rating) and an unpleasant feel.

[0099] It is worth mentioning that, since the first and second polyolefin substrates of Examples 1 to 3 above did not use plasticizers and stabilizers, there is no problem of plasticizers and stabilizers being released due to environmental changes.

[0100] [Beneficial Effects of the Examples]

[0101] The beneficial effects of the present invention are that the antibacterial and fire-resistant wall covering structure 100 of the present invention mainly involves hot-pressing two layers of fire-resistant polyolefin substrate (i.e., a first polyolefin substrate 21 and a second polyolefin substrate 22) onto the two sides of the fiber substrate 1 to form a sandwich layer S with fire resistance and mechanical strength, and forming a fluoropolymer-containing antibacterial layer 3 on one side of the sandwich layer S, and further printing ink patterns to form an environmentally friendly antibacterial and fire-resistant wall covering structure 100.

[0102] The antibacterial and fire-resistant wall covering structure 100 of this invention can replace the use of PVC composite fiberglass cloth layer material in the prior art.

[0103] In this embodiment of the invention, the flame-retardant additives in the two layers of flame-retardant polyolefin substrate are mainly organic flame retardants (such as nitrogen and phosphorus flame retardants) and inorganic flame retardants (such as magnesium hydroxide) used in combination. The two layers of flame-retardant polyolefin substrate are sandwiched on the fiber substrate 1 (such as glass fiber), which can achieve excellent flame retardant effect and have better mechanical strength, making the wall covering structure suitable for outdoor use.

[0104] The content disclosed above is only a preferred and feasible embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the claims of the present invention. Therefore, all equivalent technical changes made based on the content of the present invention specification and drawings are included within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
