Detection type hydrogel with self-healing function as well as preparation method and application of detection type hydrogel

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of food safety, and particularly relates to detection type hydrogel with a self-healing function as well as a preparation method and application of the detection type hydrogel. The preparation method of the hydrogel comprises the following steps: generating dynamic reversible boric acid ester bonds through boric acid groups in 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid and polyhydroxy groups in polyvinyl alcohol, forming a hydrogel matrix with a three-dimensional network structure under the crosslinking action of the boric acid ester bonds, and compounding carboxymethyl chitosan and the boric acid ester bonds to form a modified hydrogel matrix. Bromothymol blue sodium salt and litmus versicolor are used as composite indicators to be loaded in a three-dimensional network structure of a modified hydrogel matrix, the hydrogel with dual functions is prepared through the synergistic effect of the composite indicators and the modified hydrogel matrix, the grain freshness is detected, meanwhile, the hydrogel has a self-healing function, and the application prospect is wide. The possibility is provided for reutilization of the hydrogel.
