本发明提供一种利用盐结晶模板制备定向多孔水凝胶的方法,通过将盐与水凝胶单体混合,冷却成为含过饱和的盐水凝胶溶液,再将晶核模板置于该溶液中指导盐晶体的成核和生长,最后经历水凝胶固化和清洗的方式,制备得到各向异性、高度有序、孔结构尺寸可控且具有高生物相容性水凝胶。该制备方法具有设备简单、成本低、简便易操作的特点,且水凝胶可选择制备材料种类宽泛,在组织工程领域中有广泛应用前景。
