Ultrasonic inspection device for reactor pressure vessel

Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrasonic inspection device for a reactor pressure vessel. The ultrasonic inspection device comprises a protective cover and at least one probe mechanism arranged on the protective cover, the probe mechanism comprises a probe base and two groups of probe units which are symmetrically arranged; the probe base is arranged in the protective cover; the probe unit comprises a guide rail, a probe frame and an ultrasonic probe; the guide rail is inserted into the probe base and can move back and forth relative to the probe base, and the first end of the guide rail is exposed out of the protective cover; the probe frame is connected to the end portion of the first end of the guide rail in a swinging mode, and the ultrasonic probe is rotatably connected to the probe frame. According to the invention, at least one probe mechanism is arranged on the protective cover, so that the number of exposed parts is reduced, the workload of foreign matter prevention during on-site implementation is greatly reduced, and time occupation and personnel irradiation dose caused by foreign matter prevention inspection work can be reduced; the number of carried ultrasonic probes is increased, so that more or all ultrasonic signals can be obtained by scanning a welding seam at a time, and the inspection efficiency is greatly improved.
