The small-radius curve roadbed filling and excavation calculation method comprises the following steps: obtaining deviation distances and deviation directions between centroids of two adjacent mileage sections in each roadbed section and a road center line in roadbed volume calculation, and line curvature radiuses respectively corresponding to each mileage section; on the basis of the deviation distance, the deviation direction and the line curvature radius, correcting the length of two adjacent mileage sections in each roadbed section along the middle line of the road to obtain a corrected mileage section calculation distance; and respectively calculating the areas of two adjacent mileage calculation sections in each roadbed section, calculating a distance in combination with the corrected mileage section, calculating the filling and excavation volume of the current roadbed section, and adding the filling and excavation volumes of the plurality of roadbed sections to obtain the total filling and excavation volume of the roadbed.
