Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a data forwarding method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a to-be-forwarded data packet, extracting a strategy index value in a traffic label of the data packet, determining a target path strategy set corresponding to the strategy index value in a path strategy set issued by a network controller in advance, and forwarding the target path strategy set to the network controller. The target path strategy set comprises a next-hop network device address and a next-hop strategy index value, determining a next-hop network device of a data packet to be forwarded according to the next-hop network device address, updating a flow label of the data packet according to the next-hop strategy index value, and forwarding the updated data packet to the next-hop network device. According to the embodiment of the invention, the traffic label field of the data packet is used as a key information carrier for indicating the path forwarding strategy, the head overhead of the data packet is reduced, the path strategy is managed in a centralized manner through the network controller, and the transmission efficiency and the processing speed of the data packet are improved.
