Abstract

The present application relates to the field of cement product production, and particularly relates to a raw material screening device for cement product production. Different cement products have different requirements for the particle size of cement product raw materials. Cement product raw materials with inconsistent particle sizes are prone to cracks when the cement products are vibrated or stressed, which affects the compactness of the cement products and reduces the compressive strength and durability of the cement products. The device comprises a support, a rolling mechanism is arranged on one side of the support, a stirring mechanism is arranged above the rolling mechanism, a lifting mechanism is arranged on the lower surface of the support, a protective shell is arranged on the upper surface of the support, a cleaning mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the protective shell, and three first screens are arranged above the support and on the inner side of the protective shell. An adjusting mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the first screens. The adjusting mechanism is used to rotate the adjusting block with a wrench, the adjusting block drives the adjusting gear to rotate, and the adjusting gear adjusts the distance between the first screen and the second screen.
